On a discrete basis, the new operations director of one of our existing clients wanted to up-skill several of his teams through a programme of replacement and addition. On-site meetings led to a clear understanding of the business drivers and current staffing issues. The hiring managers were all interviewed to ascertain their priorities, and searches commenced.
